Elementary Education
Teaching elementary education in public schools is one of the most rewarding careers that someone can choose if they are interested in helping to shape the minds of children. Elementary education can be a great career choice for people who love to be active and don't like the idea of sitting behind a desk all day. Each day is different when teaching elementary education, and if you choose, you can switch which grade you teach, and have an even more varying type of daily experience each year.
Elementary education is also a great field to go into because it usually allows you to have the summers off. This is a great benefit because it can allow parents to be at home when their children do not have school. The ability to have the summers off if you teach elementary education is also great because people can spend the summers on volunteer work or some other entrepreneurial tasks that they have gotten the chance to take on.
Elementary education can also be a somewhat stressful career to choose because you can get so involved with a students success, that it can be hard to back away from their home life struggles or social problems without going past the limits of your profession. Teaching elementary educational is also some what stressful because of all the rules and regulations that the public school system has set in place. These rules often interfere with teacher's abilities to teach the way they want to and to truly engage their students in class activities because they are often stuck with meeting certain deadlines that are required by state officials. There are both benefits and negatives to working in the elementary education fields, however for this right person, this field can be the best possible career opportunity out there.
